Woke up each day to a splendid breakfast menu with homemade options that never disappointed. Mark and Claire, our hosts, truly made us feel at home during our stay.

While the rooms were comfortable, the heavy doors tended to bang late at night, which could interrupt a peaceful sleep. the bathroom lacked some personal touches like toiletries.

I absolutely loved my stay, particularly the comfortable room and the delightful breakfast that kicked off each day perfectly, not to mention the short stroll to Aberfeldy's charming artisan shops and the scenic Birks of Aberfeldy park which are both just a few steps away, allowing me to soak in the local culture and natural beauty with ease.

Positive, The room was very comfortable with a great bed and a lovely shower. I enjoyed relaxing in the spacious guest lounge with a drink. Breakfast was fantastic with a generous selection. The location is perfect for exploring nearby walks.

Just had a great stay at Balnearn House! Warm welcome from Mark, clean and modern room with a lovely garden view. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions. Only downside—my mattress felt a bit too firm. highly recommend it for a cozy getaway!

Had a lovely stay at Balnearn House! The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a powerful shower and quality linen. Breakfast was delightful with a good selection that catered well for different diets. The hosts were warm and welcoming, creating a homely atmosphere. Conveniently located within walking distance to the village center, it made exploring easy.

I had a great stay with a warm greeting from Mark upon arrival. The room was well-maintained, and I absolutely loved the beautiful garden view, which provided a peaceful escape. Breakfast was a highlight, served fresh with generous portions that really set the day off right.

The shower had slight water pressure issues, which could be improved.

And we were greeted warmly by Claire & Mark, who helped with our heavy bags. the breakfast selection was amazing, the best I've had in my four weeks traveling through the UK. the lovely garden added a peaceful touch as well.

This was just a prime choice for a short stay in Aberfeldy with good value for cost. The hosts were very accommodating and the breakfast menu was a fantastic idea, allowing us to choose what we wanted the night before. Bring your chess skills if you want to enjoy a game in the lounge area.

The atmosphere is cozy. I stayed in a Classic King Room with a sofa and flat-screen TV. Enjoyed the electric kettle for tea and coffee. Bathroom had good pressure and provided free toiletries. Breakfast was delicious and served fresh. The hosts were superb, ensuring everything was perfect. Walking trails right outside were an added bonus.
